依據(jù)嵩縣財(cái)政局嵩購(gòu)?fù)ā?014】050號(hào)計(jì)劃批復(fù)，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》規(guī)定，嵩縣公共資源交易中心政府采購(gòu)交易服務(wù)股受嵩縣司法局的委托，就嵩縣司法局2012、2013年度政法轉(zhuǎn)移支付裝備采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目擬進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)，現(xiàn)發(fā)布公告如下：
一、招標(biāo)編號(hào)：
嵩公交易采購(gòu)【2014】048號(hào)。
二、項(xiàng)目概況：
本項(xiàng)目預(yù)算資金54萬(wàn)元，共分四個(gè)標(biāo)段(其中第一標(biāo)段27萬(wàn)元為2012年項(xiàng)目資金，其余三個(gè)標(biāo)段為2013年項(xiàng)目資金)：
第一標(biāo)段為調(diào)解桌椅采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目，預(yù)算資金270000.00元；第二標(biāo)段為電腦及音像設(shè)備項(xiàng)目，預(yù)算資金83000.00元；第三標(biāo)段為調(diào)解室（接待室）桌椅及檔案柜，預(yù)算資金115000.00元；第四標(biāo)段為會(huì)議室音響及視頻系統(tǒng)，預(yù)算資金72000.00元。
三、投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格條件：
1、投標(biāo)人符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定，應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立法人資格，具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力，持有有效《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》、《稅務(wù)登記證》、《組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證》，能提供良好的技術(shù)支持和售后服務(wù)；
2、第一標(biāo)段、第三標(biāo)段投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品須具有ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書、IS014001環(huán)境體系認(rèn)證及職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證；第二標(biāo)段須提供便攜式計(jì)算機(jī)、照相機(jī)及攝像機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家的參數(shù)證明函原件和授權(quán)委托書；第四標(biāo)段投標(biāo)人須提供所投產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)廠家的參數(shù)證明函原件和授權(quán)委托書。
３、檢察機(jī)關(guān)出具的有效期內(nèi)查詢行賄犯罪檔案結(jié)果告知函；
4、本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
四、 報(bào)名辦法：

3、報(bào)名須攜帶資料：
營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（副本）、稅務(wù)登記證（副本）、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證（副本）或公證件、法人代表授權(quán)委托書及被授權(quán)人身份證、檢察機(jī)關(guān)出具的有效期內(nèi)查詢行賄犯罪檔案結(jié)果告知函；（注：
上述證件須攜帶原件及加蓋單位公章的復(fù)印件一份，報(bào)名時(shí)核對(duì)原件，留復(fù)印件。
）
五、招標(biāo)文件的獲?。?br>
本次招標(biāo)通過河南省政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行公告發(fā)布，請(qǐng)投標(biāo)單位到嵩縣公共資源交易中心政府采購(gòu)交易服務(wù)股免費(fèi)獲取招標(biāo)文件。
七、投標(biāo)文件的遞交及開標(biāo)時(shí)間
1、投標(biāo)文件遞交的截止時(shí)間及開標(biāo)時(shí)間為：
2015年6月4日10:00
2、遞交地點(diǎn)：
嵩縣公共資源交易中心四樓開標(biāo)室。
3、逾期送達(dá)的或者未送達(dá)指定地點(diǎn)的投標(biāo)文件，招標(biāo)人不予受理。
