1．采購條件
河南大明建設(shè)工程管理有限公司受國網(wǎng)河南省電力公司南陽供電公司的委托，就其南陽市“三館一院”項目電力設(shè)施遷移工程物資采購項目進行詢價采購。
歡迎貴單位參加投標。

物資材料一批。
3．響應(yīng)人資格要求
本次采購要求響應(yīng)人須具備：
3.1 在中華人民共和國境內(nèi)依法注冊的獨立企業(yè)法人或其他組織，須具備相應(yīng)貨物的制造能力，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有保障如期交貨等承擔招標項目的能力；
3.2 具有相關(guān)行業(yè)資質(zhì)要求；
3.3 具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和售后服務(wù)、無商業(yè)不良記錄；
3.4 具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)條件；
3.5 依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金；
3.6遵守國家有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章；
3.7具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和售后服務(wù)、無商業(yè)不良記錄；
3.8具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)條件；
3.9本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
