三、投標(biāo)人資格要求：
（1）注冊于中華人民共和國境內(nèi)，具有獨立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力的法人。
（2）投標(biāo)人無不良投標(biāo)記錄，近三年內(nèi)無重大責(zé)任事故和違約劣跡，未被列入黑名單，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和完善的售后服務(wù)體系，并能承擔(dān)招標(biāo)項目供貨能力和服務(wù)的企業(yè)。
（3）符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條之規(guī)定。
購買招標(biāo)文件時必須攜帶營業(yè)執(zhí)照的副本原件及復(fù)印件（加蓋公章），所投設(shè)備若為進(jìn)口設(shè)備的，投標(biāo)商須具備該設(shè)備的進(jìn)口資質(zhì)并提供證明文件。
（經(jīng)營范圍須符合各相應(yīng)標(biāo)段貨物所屬行業(yè)，復(fù)印件加注日期和注明“供投標(biāo)使用”或“與原件一致”等字樣，并加蓋投標(biāo)單位公章）。
