河南龍華工程咨詢有限公司受三門峽市城市建設(shè)投資開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司委托，就三門峽市蒼龍澗河區(qū)域治理工程蒼龍東路污水輸送主管道設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目采用單一方式采購(gòu)，現(xiàn)公示如下：
一、政府采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目編號(hào)：

二、項(xiàng)目情況：
（一）項(xiàng)目名稱及內(nèi)容：
1、項(xiàng)目名稱：
三門峽市蒼龍澗河區(qū)域治理工程蒼龍東路污水輸送主管道設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目
2、建設(shè)規(guī)模：
按照商務(wù)中心區(qū)排水管網(wǎng)規(guī)劃，商務(wù)中心區(qū)西部污水匯集到蒼龍東路后，沿蒼龍東路污水管道匯集到蒼龍東路與陜州大道交匯處。
本項(xiàng)目工程內(nèi)容為沿陜州大道敷設(shè)污水輸送主管道，將匯集后的污水接入位于陜州大道與209國(guó)道交匯處的現(xiàn)有污水泵站。
該污水輸送主管道長(zhǎng)度約1500米，沿陜州大道南側(cè)敷設(shè)（距陜州大道中心線約28米），在蒼龍東路以東約 800米處穿越陜州大道，然后沿陜州大道北側(cè)敷設(shè)污水管道進(jìn)入現(xiàn)有污水泵站。
該項(xiàng)目管道埋深10-27米段的長(zhǎng)度約1200米，由于該管道規(guī)劃位置不適宜大直徑深基坑開(kāi)挖，該1200米段污水管道擬采用鋼波紋管支護(hù)暗掘隧洞進(jìn)方式進(jìn)行施工。
本項(xiàng)目地質(zhì)情況良好，鋼波紋管支護(hù)暗掘隧洞段全線為黃土地層，具有一定的濕陷性，地下水位位于暗掘隧洞高程10米以下，對(duì)本工程基本沒(méi)有影響，該項(xiàng)目工程造價(jià)約700萬(wàn)元
（二）政府采購(gòu)方式：
公開(kāi)招標(biāo)變更單一采購(gòu)
三、單一采購(gòu)方式的原因：
項(xiàng)目于2015年4月21在《萬(wàn)方招標(biāo)網(wǎng)、本網(wǎng)站》、《河南省政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)》、《》、《三門峽市政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)》、《三門峽市公共資源交易中心網(wǎng)》和《三門峽建設(shè)信息網(wǎng)》同時(shí)發(fā)布招標(biāo)公告，至4月27日?qǐng)?bào)名結(jié)束，沒(méi)有投標(biāo)單位報(bào)名；于4月28日至5月5日又同時(shí)在以上網(wǎng)站發(fā)布延期招標(biāo)公告，在報(bào)名截止時(shí)間前只有一家投標(biāo)單位報(bào)名。
四、擬成交供應(yīng)商：

公示期限從2015年5月7日起至2015年5月13日止。
